CORE will convert the operation of a client’s facility to operate under the CORE cashless system while utilizing the current card reader and POS hardware previously provided by Ideal Software Systems.

We will not be using any of the operating software of the previous system.

Even if your site has a mixture of 1 and 2 button card readers from Ideal, we can put them on the network.  These devices use a common micro controller family that CORE is happy to support going forward.

Although the two Ideal readers (one and two button) are different from each other, we have found a way to make them respond uniformly per the CORE standard of operation. Even functions that Ideal could not make work properly will function under the CORE software. All of CORE’s reader functions are supported, including our Multi-Time capability, Entitlements, E-Ticket (ticket less) play, and all command codes.  If the Ideal readers are properly wired and configured, there will be no need for your on-site tech to visit each reader. 

Of major importance in today’s world, is the enhanced level of security provided by the CORE system.  Unlike the Ideal product line, all communications from the card reader are encrypted and secure. Further, CORE’s E-Bank code leads the industry in stability and performance.

With just a bit of planning, we can make this a very painless conversion without loss of any revenue as the conversion is done during the few hours you are closed.
